Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We’re investigating a letter processing issue which is affecting a small number of letters.

Letters that contain some international characters are failing to process correctly and are being rejected by our print provider.

If this issue occurs, letters will show as “Technical failure” in the Notify admin console.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the incident.

Text message delivery
Resolved - The issue affecting one of our providers used for delivery of text messages is now resolved.

Our text message provider confirmed they restored full service at 16:43 on 12th May. You do not need to retry any messages which were delayed.

Monitoring - One of our text message providers is having intermittent connectivity issues.

Notify systems have automatically routed all text messages to be delivered by another provider.

Text message delivery is operational, however some messages may be delayed.

We continue to monitor carefully, and will keep you updated throughout the incident.
