The issue affecting letter formatting has now been resolved.
Affected templated letters sent between 15:50 and 16:45 this afternoon have been regenerated and sent to the print provider for printing. All other letters were unaffected by this incident and will be sent as normal.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue where some templated letters have not formatting correctly in Notify.
Templated letters sent between 15:50 and 16:45 this afternoon have been affected. These will not be sent for printing until the issue has been resolved. Once this issue has been resolved we will send the letters for printing.
Letters sent after 16:45 have not been affected.

Notify is currently operating normally but would be unable to scale up in response to high volumes of traffic due to an issue with our cloud provider. Users sending large volumes of messages may experience delays.
