GOV.UK Notify will be unavailable for 5 minutes on Saturday 4 November 2023.
The 5 minutes of downtime will happen at some time between 8:00pm and 9:00pm on Saturday 4 November.
During the 5 minutes of downtime:
- the Notify web interface - https://www.notifications.service.gov.uk - will be unavailable - API requests will receive an error - text message replies and delivery receipts will be delayed
We’re migrating to a new cloud infrastructure provider. To limit the number of services affected we’ve chosen one of our quietest times to do this work.
We’ll keep this status page updated, so you can see how we’re getting on.
We do not anticipate any other impact to Notify as part of our migration.
