Update -
We are happy to announce that delivery receipts callback are back to normal as of 10:55am. This incident was due to a unusually high number of callback retries being required.
Sending of notifications (emails, letters and SMS) were unaffected by this incident.

Investigating -
We have identified an issue that is causing delays when sending API callbacks to services affecting callbacks for both delivery receipts and inbound messages, and the GOV.UK Notify team are currently investigating the incident.
Sending of notifications (emails, letters and SMS) are unaffected.
